machine Staples or Office Max will fax it for you for a couple of
dollars.

check payments held 10-21 days for bank clearance before the start of
your project(s). All
NSF checks will be
collected electronically by Check Recovery Specialists.
An
additional $25.00 collection fee will apply.
For quickest start of your
project(s) we urge you
to pay via debit or credit card (you can

card at any Walmart store for less than $10.00).
