AdBayUSA Design Services staff will review your project details within 24-48 hours. If we are able to accept your
project our staff will give you a quote with our best possible price and our best possible time frame.  If 
we are unable to accept your project because of a backlog of work or because it falls outside of our technical 
expertise we will let you know.

Once you review our quotation, you may accept the project quote to get started immediately. We will 
require a 50% deposit to get started on your project.  AdBayUSA Design Services can accept all major credit 
cards or Paypal as payment.  You will be provided with information on how to submit your payment with your 
pricing quote.  We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our work or we will revise it for you without additional
cost to you.  You understand that revisions will add to the guaranteed time frame and that revision requests must
be reasonable as decided by AdBayUSA.  Customers who are unreasonable as defined by us will forfeit
their initial deposit(s).  Future revisions of your project after completion can be via a new price quote or at the flat
rate of $65 per hour (all AdBayUSA Designers are based in the United States).

Once you have accepted the project and provided the required funds, our staff will start on your project immediately.

During your project, we will be emailing you with project progress.  It is important during this time that you
respond quickly to emails from our project managers during the duration of your project so we can exchange 
files and provide feedback and/or upgrade your order.  This will help ensure your project is 
completed within the agreed upon time frame.  Failure to respond to these emails within a day or two will 
result in a later delivery date of your project.

Once your project is completed, we'll close off your project and require the balance to be paid in full. Once the 
balance is paid, your project will be delivered in whole within 24 hours.
